Domain Name Registrars

Hi everybody,
I'd like to hear from other people who they used as Domain Name Registrars and what their experience with them is.
I'm especially interested in quality of support, security, billing, that sort of stuff.

I have or administer domains with ukreg (fasthosts) and telivo.

Telivo
A client of mine holds several domains with them and their account got recently hacked. telivo's reaction was pretty poor. the hackers changed the password, redirected all domains but prior to that changed the account holders e-mail address, so no notifications ever reached the actual owner. I discovered it only hours after it happened (pure coincidence) and contacted Telivo by e-mail, website form and New Password request. none of which went through, since the account holders e-mail address was required as authentication and I didnt happen to have the hackers e-mail address. It got sorted out by phone in the end, by bullying them into submission- all of which left me with the certainty that it's somebody running this from their bedroom. very unprofessional.

UKREG
I haven't had any bad experience with them so far and I host quite a lot of domains with them. but recently complaints about their security have crept up in different webmaster forums.

I've used Names.co.uk for years and found them very reliable. Their hosting packages aren't expensive. They're quick to respond and fix problems.
