Using open source software

In the February 2010 London ICT e-bulletin we're highlighted a number of developments with open source and some new and updated tools and tips. Have you considered using open source in your organisation? Or are you already using applications such as Firefox or OpenOffice.org? Maybe you've gone "all the way" with Linux desktops - what have yiour experiences been?
