Backup
To copy files, usually using some form of dedicated backup software , from your computer to another data storage medium (such as DVD, tape, external hard disk) as a precaution in case your hard drive fails, is affected by a virus or files are accidentally (or intentionally) erased. The most important activity that organisations should - but don't always - do on a regular basis.
