Internet and Email Training Needs Analysis

By Lasa Information Systems Team

The Internet and email are invaluable tools in today's world so being able to use them effectively is essential. If your skills aren't up to scratch you may need some training.

While training is generally seen to be a 'good thing', it is all too easy to send someone on an expensive IT training course without being sure that the course is worthwhile, or even that it is the right course for the person. So how to decide what training needs you have? The answer is to do some training needs analysis.

Download and complete the Internet & Email Training Needs analysis form (PDF).

Look at the areas where you have scored 0 or 1 - these are areas where you probably need some training.  Where you have scored 3 you may be able to share your skills in these areas with other workers.
